Since our officers/guards are the ‘solid footing’ of our company, we are uncompromising in personnel selection and training. Our guards must successfully pass a series of screening programs before they become All Star security guards. Once accepted, they receive a minimum of forty hours of intensive training that brings them in contact with virtually any on-the-job situation they will meet. This instruction is a mixture of slide presentations, lectures, formal study materials and examinations to determine just how much they understand and how well they appreciate its importance and that they will apply it properly. In many cases, guard training continues well into their initial client assignments, where their performance is carefully monitored, assessed and reported on by All Star management supervisors. We leave absolutely nothing to chance!

Even our seasoned, highly-experienced security guards receive periodic training to familiarize them with latest techniques, equipment and technology. This ensures that every All Star Security officer will perform his duties in a client’s behalf with optimum efficiency and attention to even the smallest details.
