This thorough process commences when we interview, screen and access prospective guards. Applicants who cannot pass this process with flying colors are not offered positions with our company. In addition, we expect prospects to be interested in a career with our industry, committed to personal achievement and detail oriented. This process continues through our orientation where instructors file detailed assessments of each new security guard.

Post Selection

All Star Security assigns new security guards to their initial posts based upon the detailed reports filed by their instructors. This is done to ensure that precisely the right guards are assigned to each clients program. In many cases, it doesn’t stop there. Supervisors are frequently assigned to monitor new security guards to assess how they are functioning during their early assignments. If any weaknesses are noted, corrective steps are taken immediately.

Quality Management Doesn’t Stop with Just People

We fully understand that even the most highly-trained security guards also must be able to rely upon their vehicles, office equipment, communications gear and other real property. Two-way radio equipment and patrol vehicles, in particular, must be kept reliable at all times. To ensure this, we continually maintain these systems with regular maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspection by very-capable technicians and mechanics. We have a zero tolerance for failures that could have been prevented!
