Security Supervision

Adequate supervision of our employees is a hallmark of All Star Security, Inc. operations. This is especially important where new guards and those assigned to posts for the first time is concerned. We know that on-the-job training is a logical and vital extension of the classroom instruction our security guards have received.

We continue close supervision of all new security guards until we are fully satisfied with their performance, reliability, punctuality and commitment.

All Star Security knows that security supervision is actually a key component of our company’s overall dedication to quality management.  This policy spans all of our operations including office personnel, mechanics, staff monitoring closed-circuit television and remote alarm systems and even supervisors who prepare and file daily activity reports.

The responsibilities of All Star Security’s supervisory staff include ensuring the punctuality and appearance of security guards assigned to client posts; checking every client’s property and environment at least three times nightly; and assessing the job performance of security guards.   

Finally, even our supervisors receive some level of supervision from company executives and office managers. This top-to-bottom supervision is in place expressly to ensure that each All Star Security client receives the best possible security guard service.
